Our school is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the Portola District. E. R. Taylor staff, parents, and students share a vision that all of our students will graduate from high school and be qualified to go to college if they choose. To prepare our students to be of our students to become fluent readers, expressive writers, problem solvers, and critical thinkers who can apply their learning to the world.

To help students reach these goals, we offer intensive English language development classes, Spanish-bilingual classes, and Chinese-bilingual classes. We also offer an after-school program and various support programs. Through our 10-year-old Healthy Start Program, we offer a broad range of health programs, including social, emotional, and physical health services. School Address Fraud

Much has been written about the upcoming changes to the SF school assignment system... and one of the new aspects is supposed to be better verification that the address you provide for your student is actually the address where the student lives. SFUSD New School Assignment Plan Decided

After years of debate, lawsuits and numerous community meetings, the San Francisco Unified School District voted unanimously on a new school assignment system Tuesday night. This so-called hybrid plan is a compromise between the wishes of parents who want to attend neighborhood schools and legal demands to maintain diversity.
