Bryant Elementary School is located in the heart of San Francisco's Mission District, one of San Francisco's most vibrant neighborhoods. Our small two story school, with colorful outdoor murals, brightens the congested inner city street. A dedicated staff and long hours of operation herald Bryant as a constant force in bettering the lives of our diverse student population. Every classroom engages students in hands-on activities, from Science and Mathematics through Language Arts. Using the networked computers in every classroom and the Computer Lab, we are able to enrich the curriculum with innovative technology.

The learning community prepares students to take on social responsibilities through TRIBES, Conflict Management, Student Council, peer tutoring, and other service learning projects. One of our first of these projects is the school garden that has been planted and maintained by Bryant students for the past five years.

Our teachers along with the Principal, Curriculum Technology Integration Specialist, Full Inclusion Teacher/Resource Specialist, Reading Recovery Teachers, Healthy Start Coordinator, After School Program Coordinator, Sports Coordinator and Partners in School Innovation design individualized plans to meet the needs of our students and families. These efforts are demonstrating positive results in improving family involvement with their child's learning.

School Address Fraud

Much has been written about the upcoming changes to the SF school assignment system... and one of the new aspects is supposed to be better verification that the address you provide for your student is actually the address where the student lives. ABC 7 had a story last night about a bunch of cases of address fraud that have been recently found in the district, with the district only putting in a minimal amount

SFUSD New School Assignment Plan Decided
