The thing that Vicki enjoys most about her job is guiding her clients through the sometimes-crazy process of buying and selling their homes and helping them reach their financial and personal goals. She has been a very successful agent, making the Top Producer list her very first year in the business, a rare feat indeed. She also has made the Top Producer list every year since then, and Vicki was named the 2008 #1 Top Producing Agent in her office for the 3rd year in a row. She was also 3rd highest producing agent at all of Zephyr. But awards & recognition are not Vicki's primary goal -- nor is she interested in the quick sale. Rather, Vicki is here to build a relationship of trust with her clients while getting the job done. A testament to Vicki’s commitment to her clients is the fact that over 90% of her business is repeat business or referrals from current clients. Vicki holds her MBA from Stanford and has very strong analytical and negotiation skills. But her clients also value her down-to-earth personality and her commitment to ethics and sincerity. Vicki gives her time to several non-profits in the community, including serving as a volunteer mediator for neighborhood disputes.
