For sellers, she understands that not everyone can vacate their home, hire a professional stager, and update the home before it goes on the market! "Sherri is awesome!! She is a master negotiator who helped me buy my new place and survive the stress of selling my old one. She worked tirelessly on my behalf and was available whenever I needed her. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone, and she makes amazing cookies to boot!"

"I had previously worked with Sherri on a HOA board, so I already knew she had a strong work ethic and high level of competence. Therefore, it was a no-brainer for me to hire her as my real estate agent when selling my Mission condo. Sherri has a superb attention to detail, which is very important to me as it meant that I didn't have to micro-manage the sale and most importantly, I got a price that I was very happy with. There are a lot of bad real estate agents out there, so if you want somebody whom you can trust to take care of business, then Sherri is the pick of the crop."

"Sherri is OUTSTANDING!!! I interviewed a few agents when I started my house hunting in SF and Sherri was the most approachable, understandable, and in-tune with my needs and interests. I was a first-time buyer determined to buy a place, and Sherri made it happen. Not only did she make it happen... she was extremely pleasant to work with and very savvy in her negotiating on my behalf. She was consistently prompt in responding to ALL of my numerous questions about the process and paperwork, and very thorough. I really felt like she was an advocate for my best interests, not just an agent trying to close a deal. Sherri is nothing short of AMAZING! She was able to handle some pretty sticky situations while we were in contract. She was positive during the whole process, from open houses to close of escrow. Most importantly, she was able to land us our dream house!!! I know it may sound a little cheesy, but it's really true. We were able to put in a good offer on a place that went in a week because Sherri was on it! Just as Sherri was referred to me by a trusted colleague, I've referred Sherri to friends and colleagues that are looking to buy or sell in SF."

"I really didn't want to like Sherri. I've always viewed real estate agents as something unpleasant that needed to be tolerated. You know, like paying taxes, or bribes in a third-world country, or . . . well, dying. But if you want to buy a house, you are going to be dealing with a seller's agent who will happily keep the commission all for him/herself if you don't have your own agent, so you might as well get someone at least nominally on your side. As far as I could tell they didn't otherwise add much value value for their cut of the money. Beyond that, a separate issue for me was that there seems to be a sort of personality endemic among Realtors that frankly just turns me off. They tend to exhibit an affect I like to call "proud to be dour." Anyway, we began our house hunt in January having found an awesome listing. We were referred by a friend to Sherri who made a phone call and found out the place went into contract the day before. We worked with her to get a back-up offer in and hoped for some disaster to befall the primary buyer. No such luck. She did show us another place that had a lot of similarities, and was new construction. We looked at it and liked it but it felt like settling. I remember saying, "If we 'd been looking for months and found this, I'd probably go for it." But it felt too much like we were settling that early in our search. This started months of Sherri tirelessly finding likely houses, pre-screening houses for the listings that we spotted, and carting our asses around two counties every Sunday looking for our perfect house. Along the way she treated us to lunches and snacks and great conversation (such as amusing anecdotes about the creepiest properties/clients that she has ever dealt with). Sometimes we would like a house on the walk through, and she would point out some shortfalls that we totally missed. She was not just trying to make a sale at any cost. Damn it, I was starting to like this woman. She most definitely was not dour. She was, however, smart, fun, hip, and energetic. Make that very smart. At one point she even found a gem of a house that was a significantly cheaper than what we were looking at and she was very excited even though it would mean a big drop in her commission - sadly the seller accepted an offer just hours before we got ours in. So we went through another round as the back up offer and the requisite hiring of gypsies to curse the primary buyer...but to no avail. Perhaps, if I had consulted yelp for the gypsies (Search for curses near 94015)? Finally we realized that the first house she showed us a couple of months earlier was the best we were going to do. And it was still available. She had the grace not to point out that she told us so. We've since moved in and couldn't be happier. OK, that is hyperbole...but we are pretty freaking happy. She was fantastic every step of the way. She made sure we understood all of the paperwork and decisions no matter how long it took. She fought for us during the negotiations with the seller about minor issues with the construction. She hooked us up with an awesome mortgage broker (our friends are amazed at the rate that we got). And when I got a great deal on homeowners insurance she stepped in to make sure that we were getting the levels of coverage that we needed (it sounded too cheap to her and wanted to make sure we weren't making a mistake). What can I say, Sherri ROCKS. She's changed my mind about Realtors, I see how hard she works and what a great job she does...she definitely added value, and we not only got a new home, but also a pretty cool friend to boot. I do kinda miss hanging out with her every Sunday though."

"Sherri is a kick a$$ agent! She is very smart and SUPER organized (wait 'till you see her clipboard!) and knows all about SF neighborhoods. She's obsessed with real estate (in a good way) and determined to find the best option for her clients, buyers or sellers. Her passion shows in her enthusiasm, resourcefulness and ability to negotiate! (Plus, she has a cute, zippy car to drive to open houses that fits in tiny parking spots.)"

"We met Sherri through a referral from another Zephyr agent. As picky first-time buyers, Sherri made us feel at ease. She is kind, very organized, and possesses a strong knowledge of the San Francisco real estate market. We worked together for a couple months, and she was accessible at all hours to answer our many questions. Sherri guided us through the entire escrow process, from a home tour to closing. She communicates via email well and is super fast at drafting offer documents so you can quickly DocuSign and get your offer in as soon as possible. This is essential in the city's fast-paced market. We know we could not have bought our Victorian flat without her! Sherri's generosity sets her apart from other real estate agents: she drove us around for appointments, brought Boulangerie Bakery goodies when we signed our loan documents, and even dropped off a bottle of champagne (with flutes!) at our new address. She's the best! Give her a call if you're looking for an agent who listens to your needs, works with you without any pressure, and knows what it takes to purchase a home in San Francisco"

"Sherri rocks. She completely demystified the confusing maze that is procuring a place to hang one's hat. I had been looking for a place on and off for several years and wasn't too happy with the experience -- my agent seemed to be fairly clueless (though nice), which didn't give me much confidence in the whole process. A friend recommended Sherri and I was off to the races. She is crazy organized and was very patient with my (many) questions. Sherri is passionate, resourceful and totally with-it. I can't recommend her enough -- even if you are just thinking about starting to maybe try to look for a place, you owe it to yourself to give her a holler. She'll totally hook you up with the info you need to make a more informed decision."

"Sherri is the most wonderful agent. We met her at random, but after interviewing with several other agents that were referrals, we decided to go with Sherri because we could tell she was the best. From the start, Sherri was always interested in making us feel comfortable in the process as first time buyers. She took the time to explain everything and help us get set up in a way that would work for us. She was able to refer us to properties and experts to help us along the way, as well as flexible to look at properties and work with resources we found on our own. She's also insanely organized and loves spreadsheets! (we love spreadsheets too :) Sherri is committed to helping her clients. We were in the home buying process for nearly 6 months start to finish. She never pressured us into making a quick or rash decision. She never told us we "couldn't" do something. She patiently waited for us to make a decision that we could live with. She really works by her saying "You guys are the ones who have to pay the mortgage! Make sure you are comfortable!" Thanks, Sherri, for all you do! We'll definitely be using you again if/when we sell the place!"
