Seth Skolnick

Prior to establishing his real estate practice in 2002, Seth received his Bachelors of Architecture degree from the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence. From 1997- 2001 Seth was a Senior Lecturer in Architecture at the California College of Arts (CCA) in San Francisco, where he taught Architecture Design and Architectural History & Theory. He often finds his background in architecture can be a valuable asset in assisting his clients - whether buyers or sellers - by helping them visualize and realize a property's inherent architectural potential.

Seth approaches real estate with an architect's eye. In 2004 he founded 46 Degree Properties, devoted exclusively to the sale luxury properties of architectural importance.
