Amid the chaos and stress of purchasing a home in San Francisco, many people often forget that finding the home of their dreams should be an exciting and exhilarating experience.  First-time buyers can be overwhelmed and feel lost in a sea of contracts, forms, and procedural requirements, and they often look back on the experience as a minor nightmare.  With a background in residential property sales as well as escrow and title management, Scott has the experience necessary to guide first-time buyers through the entire home-buying process, and he takes the time to explain everything that sounds like Greek!  Scott encourages his buyers to enjoy the purchase of their first home – even while taking the time to dot every “I” and cross every “T” – because it only happens once!

Scott began his career in the California real estate business in 2001, working with an escrow agency in beautiful Malibu.  His years spent at an escrow agency provide him with extensive knowledge of the contractual and legal aspects of the residential property purchase process.  In 2003, Scott earned his residential salesperson license and began selling properties in Venice Beach, California.  Scott has worked at several major real estate companies in Northern and Southern California, and is proud to now hang his hat with Zephyr Real Estate in San Francisco.

As an avid biker, Scott has explored every inch of the San Francisco Bay Area on two wheels and has twice biked down the California coast with the AIDS Lifecycle Bike Ride.  Scott is immersed in the San Francisco Bay Area sports community as a founding member of the “Strangers No More” charity bike team, a manager/coach in the San Francisco Softball League, and a high school and minor league football referee.  Scott has done professional theatre in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, New York, and Ireland.  Passionate about traveling, Scott has also had the opportunity to visit 18 different countries and countless cities worldwide. He is still convinced that San Francisco is the single greatest City on the face of the Earth!  It is one of his greatest pleasures to help people plant roots in this city and purchase the home of their dreams.
