Internationally educated & multi-lingual, I have lived and worked in five different countries. Real Estate allows me to combine my well honed business skills with my passionate interest in people. Helping clients navigate the business and investment complexities as well as the emotions of buying and selling a home, perfectly suit my training, experience and personality, while affording me the independence to spend time with friends and family, work in the community, travel, read, cycle and be the shameless foodie that I am!

Full time Realtor since 1990. I derive satisfaction from being an old fashioned match maker; focusing on my clients' specific needs I specialize in attention to detail so that the outcome of our interaction is top dollar for listings and 'dream home' purchases! As well as being an attentive listener, I'm an open and honest communicator with savvy problem-solving and tough negotiating skills. I educate clients about current markets and complexities of the process so that confident, informed decisions are made while stress is minimized. I handle all the details of a transaction from financing, through inspections and escrow to the final close and beyond. I'm well respected in the real estate community where I have an excellent rapport with my colleagues and affiliates.
