Real estate allows me to combine my passionate interests in people, creativity, and business while giving me independence & flexibility. I'm a parent of grown daughters and grandmother, work in my community for social change, travel, read a lot, bike, create art, and spend time with friends and family.   • Full-time Realtor in SF since 1986. Savvy in strategies of both buyers' and sellers' markets. I have a reputation as a strong negotiator, and am familiar with the tax, financial and legal aspects of transactions. My clients range from first time buyers & sellers to sophisticated investors -- but they tend to be open and direct, often very busy, and like that I'm a good listener who pays attention to what is important to them.
