Ilse Cordoni

I became licensed in 1976 and joined Zephyr in 1990 as Sales Manager of its Noe Valley office. In 1998 I left the Noe Valley office to open and manage Zephyr’s SOMA office; at the same time I became a partner in the company. In 2009 I retired from my position as Sales Manager and partner and now work from Zephyr’s Noe Valley office. I have been active for many years in the San Francisco Association of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year in 1993. I have served on its Board of Directors from 1994-2000 and again from 2007 through 2010. In 2009 I served as President. I have chaired both the Standard Forms Committee and Professional Standards Committee and currently serve on the Executive Committee. I also currently serve as a Director of the California Association of Realtors. I have been a San Francisco property owner and rental housing provider since 1973. I am a founding member of the Small Property Owners Association of San Francisco and serve on its Board of Directors. I am currently a resident of Noe Valley; in my years in San Francisco I have lived in North Beach, Haight Ashbury, and the Western Addition. I have always lived in multi-family housing—either as an owner sharing the building with tenants or currently as the owner of a condominium (which I converted from a TIC) in a two unit building. I believe in shared ownership and shared housing. My many years as a Sales Manager have honed my skills as a resourceful problem solver and advocate and have taught me that there is always more to learn. I love San Francisco and I love real estate.
