Greg Tribulato

Greg Tribulato began his career in commercial real estate in 2007 after over 10 years in the mortgage industry.  Greg is very skilled at assessing his clients objectives and has a reputation for high quality and on-time delivery in challenging situations.  He is a strong leader who has the ability to inspire confidence and motivate the team to perform at high levels and consistently meet or exceed project expectations. 

Greg has learned that spending valuable time at the beginning of a search will help set clear objectives and allow him to deliver his clients wish list in an expedient manner.  He is always readily available to his clients to help them through every step of the process. 

He is skilled at managing business critical transaction pipelines from initiation to closing with superb attention to detail.  He provides his clients with insightful guidance, is an excellent problem solver with has the ability to move troubled transactions back on track for closing. 

Professional accomplishments:

In August 2004, Greg received the California Association of Mortgage Brokers Presidential Award.  In 2006 - 2007 he served on the Board of Directors for CAMB and was the San Francisco Peninsula Chapter, Events Committee/Ethics chair.

-          Golf – Greg holds a 6.0 index at the Olympic Club Lakeside

-          Tennis – Olympic Club Champion M-4.5 singles

-          Motocross – 2012 30B National Champion overall ranked #1 in his class
