A third-generation San Francisco native, whose family has been in business in this city for over 100 years, I have a strong business background. Previously, I was corporate chief financial officer for an electronics firm and owner of my own successful retail business. I am past-president, treasurer and board member of the West Portal Merchants Association.

Having lived in San Francisco my entire life, I have learned about the City’s many unique neighborhoods and seen them change over time. I am intimately familiar with the housing market and trends as well as the individual neighborhood features. I offer guidance to buyers and sellers on external factors which may affect a home’s utility. I employ both traditional and creative marketing programs, depending upon my clients’ wishes.

As an Accredited Staging® Professional, I have a trained eye and experience for ensuring your house will look the best it can with the least amount of dollars invested. From editing your personal belongings, arranging for interior painting and hardwood floor refinishing to selecting the best stager for your home, I do everything I can to help you achieve your sales goal.

Buying or selling a house requires not only a financial and intellectual decision, it is also a very emotional experience. It is my goal to make that experience as pleasant and comfortable (and, of course, successful!) for my clients as possible. Being a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I am able to provide additional guidance and resources to that segment of homeowners who are thinking of trading, selling, downsizing, etc. and having a hardworking partner, my daughter-in-law Sandy Onken, we’re able to double the service we can provide.
