My name is Danielle Lazier and I am an active, full-time Realtor in San Francisco. I help my clients buy and sell property by providing honest consultation, direct & effective negotiation and organized & efficient transaction management. My focus is on the City of San Francisco though I can recommend other great agents anywhere in the US if you need help outside of SF. Always work with a local expert! I work with first time buyers and homeowners looking to trade-up, scale down or relocate. For example, I use technologies that save time and energy, such as Docusign, a program that allows contract signatures through email. No printing and no fax! Another example: go paperless!
