I have a "No Surprises" philosophy for your real estate transactions. I've been buying and selling property in San Francisco since 1983. At first, just for my own investments, but I soon realized that San Francisco Real Estate is a passion for me, and I made it my career.

Since 2000, I've been at the Zephyr Noe Valley office, working with all kinds of buyers and sellers in almost every imaginable type of real estate transaction. Single Family, Condo, TIC, highrise and loft, first-time and trade-up buyers, residential and investment, I find something exciting and challenging in each of these. I've worked in almost every neighborhood in the city, and I especially enjoy Noe Valley (my home!), Bernal Heights (a "village" in the city), and the rapidly evolving NoPa, Hayes Valley, SOMA, Mission and Mission Bay neighborhoods.
