Claire M. Chessen is just such an individual. A Bay Area native, she is at once personable and professional – a combination that continues to help her build long-lasting relationships with her clients.

Claire has more than 10 years of experience in all facets of San Francisco real estate, including negotiating, marketing and investing.

A resident of North Beach, she has in-depth knowledge of all of the City’s diverse neighborhoods; she knows not only the unique market conditions of each, but all of the pertinent demographics – not to mention the best spots to grab lunch or a cup of coffee!

She has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, representing her commitment to continuing education so she can stay on top of the ever-changing real estate market.

She is also a Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP) and can assist her clients in best environmental practices to make homes more valuable, as well as efficient and healthy. Claire earned her B.S. from the University of California, Davis in Conservation Biology and City Planning.

She is also an avid world traveler who spent nearly two years exploring more than 20 countries across Asia, Central and South America and the South Pacific.
