Meet Amir Hardy:

Amir’s true passion is real estate and he brings a rare expertise to the industry. For the last 12 years, he has successfully renovated and flipped many properties across the bay area. This experience has given him the ability to help his clients see the untapped potential in their homes and get them the best deal possible. He knows the bay area real estate market inside and out having been a San Francisco resident and homeowner for the last 20 years.

Amir recently co-founded Capital View Investments, LLC   a company that specializes in acquiring distressed properties.
His philosophy is that honesty is always the best policy and listening to his clients’ needs will always bring out a winning strategy.
