Visitacion Valley
Visitacion Valley is located in southeastern San Francisco and takes its name from Rancho Canada de Guadalupe la Visitacion y Rodeo Viejo, an enormous parcel of land that included Brisbane and the Bayshore district of Daly City. This area is known colloquially as "Viz Valley," and is a neighborhood in transition. The Visitacion Valley Redevelopment Area was adopted by the Board of Supervisors in 2009, and includes retail, residences and parks to revitalize the neighborhood. Local walking tour guide Cynthia Cox states, "within the next few years Valley residents look forward to completion of a new branch library and to finalizing the beautification of the Valley through the greenways that spill down the hillsides." Condos can be found that were built by noted developer Joseph Eichler. Twilight Tour of Historic Landmark #48 Hosted by Zephyr Agent Bonnie Spindler

San Francisco, CA – May 8, 2013 – San Francisco Landmark #48, the residence at 294 Page Street, will be open for a twilight tour on Thursday, May 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. Victorian Specialist Bonnie Spindler is hosting this special event, which includes champagne and hors d’oeuvres. Visitors will be invited to enjoy watching the City lights come up from the rear deck.
