When a buyer writes an offer, there are several contingencies that can be written into the contract to protect the buyer. One of them is the right to conduct inspections and perform their due diligence on the property, be it property, pest, roof inspections, or any other type of inspection that might be needed. But what happens after the inspections are completed and the buyer does not like the results?
