18 single family homes sold in Midtown Terrace in 2009; there were no Condo/TIC/Loft/Coop sales last year. We witnessed a shift in the single family home median sales price from $780,000 to $749,500, which translates to a 3.91% decrease over the prior year. The time necessary to sell a property is also critical. For 2009, the average number of days on market was 65  for family homes and it was 34 days  in 2008.
