Zephyr After Dark Debut

Zephyr Real Estate has launched a new Thursday evening home tour, Zephyr After Dark, which will feature new listings held open in the evening on the first and third Thursday of each month. This makes it easier for potential buyers to see new properties after work rather than having to set aside time on the weekend. For homes with captivating views, they are sometimes better showcased at dusk rather than mid-day. It's a way to show properties at their best, increase the number of people that see the properties, and better accommodate busy schedules.
