Come enjoy art, music, and refreshments at the opening reception of the 54th Annual Art Exhibition at the Potrero Branch Library.  The show is the oldest annual art show in San Francisco and features artists who live, work, or study on Potrero Hill.  The show owes it longevity to a group of artists who painted with, or were under the tutelage of Charles Farr, who moved to the Hill in 1948 and had his studio here.  Free. Reception Saturday, May 5th, 6 to 9 pm. Exhibition runs May 5 through June 1.  Potrero Branch Library, 1616 20th Street.  Information: 355-2822.
