Step 4 -Market Education, View Properties and Select a Property - Your agent will research available properties, and show you homes based on the criteria that we establish.  As you view different homes she will reassess your criteria for a home.  The more precise and direct you are with her, the more successful your search will be.

Depending on which neighborhoods you're interested in, you'll review recent stats, discuss whether offers are going at the list price, under, or over. You'll review the contract so you know what you're signing, talk about what to expect when it comes time to write the offer, and how I will present the offer to put you in the best light.

A discussion about the best time for you to view properties, the difference between public open houses, private appointments, and broker's tour.
