"My goal is to make the process of buying and selling a home as smooth and pleasant an experience as possible," says Suhl (pronounced Sol). Born in Seoul, Korea, Suhl grew up in Southeast Asia and studied Sociology at Clark University in Massachusetts. She holds a master’s degree in Education from UC Berkeley and taught English for seven years. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Suhl spent nearly a decade in the reverse mortgage industry where she gained intimate knowledge of home financing. Suhl has been a consistent producer since joining the real estate industry in 1998. Applying a unique blend of high energy, business acumen and good-natured patience, Suhl delivers success for her clients. She is dedicated to meeting their needs, as evidenced by their testimonials:

"Suhl is down to earth, friendly and extremely reliable. She is easy to talk to and demystifies the process of buying and selling property in San Francisco." -Michelle and Alex Orrelle

"We had an apartment in the city for which there were few recent comparable sales, and we chose to sell it at an uncertain time in the market. But our property sold quickly at a price we were happy with, and the selling process went very smoothly. Suhl is upbeat, friendly, smart and reliable. She was always accessible and responded quickly to calls and emails. She was proactive about addressing problems and made a number of suggestions that made the property more saleable. She has a great intuitive sense about real estate. It truly was a pleasure working with her." -Alex Barnum & Nina Martin

"Hiring her for three consecutive deals is a testament to my continued satisfaction with Suhl Chin. Beyond her excellent negotiating skills, Suhl tirelessly volunteers for numerous tasks that go far beyond the duties of an agent. I strongly recommend her to anyone serious about real estate in San Francisco." - Aaron Johnston

Suhl came to the Bay Area for graduate school in 1985 and stayed because she fell in love with the city. An avid distance runner, she runs on trails all over the Bay Area and has run marathons in Boston, Portland, Sacramento, New York and the Twin Cities. Her other hobbies include pilates, golf, reading, cooking and exploring San Francisco’s rich variety of cuisines. Suhl is also active with GirlVentures, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering pre adolescent and adolescent girls through outdoor adventures for inner discovery.

Suhl Chin is proud to support San Francisco public schools through participation in EdMatch.
