Community Gardens in San Francisco

In San Francisco there is obviously very limited available space.  Sometimes apartment dwellers and condo owners just don't have a patch of earth to call their own.  The answer for those who wish to nurture something growing out of the dirt, is a community garden.  According to the San Francisco Garden Resource Organization, there are 51 community gardens in San Francisco.

"I’ve known Nancy for 10 years and she’s a keeper. An invaluable resource to me in 1999 when I bought my first San Francisco property, Nancy today is my real estate go-to person. It was a tough, competitive market for buyers then and we had the tightest of budgets. It seemed like an impossible situation, but Nancy led the way for us with her knowledge, drive and encouragement, until we hit upon the right starter property that met our budget and needs. It was not without a lengthy closing (complications with city documentation), but Nancy’s follow-through and dependability made it tolerable. Never considering leaving San Francisco, we now own our dream-house in Miraloma Park, having called upon Nancy again to represent us on both the purchasing and listing sides of the transaction. She truly cares about her clients and Nancy’s professionalism, business skills and growing experience make her the agent to call in San Francisco."

"Nancy Corsaut has been my agent for two real estate transactions: one selling, one buying. I can’t imagine a better agent for either. As a selling agent, she handled an extremely complex 4- unit TIC deal with uncanny ease. She remained positive when all the parties involved were succumbing to stress. Nancy kept the big picture in mind, and she prevailed: in the end, the deal was a success and all parties we’re thrilled with the outcome. Nancy’s presence of mind, upbeat attitude, cool head, and sense of fun made what could have been “the real estate deal from hell” feel like a win for all involved."

"I personally appreciate the fine job you did above and beyond the call of duty... ie...FSBO! You have a lot of spunk."
