Did you know there are 89 walking tours of San Francisco currently being offered on a regular basis?  Did you also know that these tours are FREE?

San Francisco City Guides are a group of local volunteers who bring the history & beauty of San Francisco to life on these excursions.  They offer basic tours such as the Palace Hotel tour and much more eclectic tours, for example; Ghosts, Sinners and Secret Places...ooh.  

I've lived in San Francisco for more than 20 years, have been selling real estate here for well over a decade, have walked who knows how many miles over the years, but I think about how much more there is to see.  I know there are secret little gems I've been missing out on and I don't like to miss out on anything.

I was in the Mission the other day and had to stop to take this photo, which inspired me to put the Mission Mural Walk on the calendar.  Then I'll be onto Art Deco Marina!
